The Challenge
La Poste du Burkina Faso needed to modernise its e-commerce and logistics operations to remain competitive and better serve citizens. Manual processes slowed deliveries, made tracking opaque, and capped growth potential.
Our Solution
We designed and delivered a four-platform ecosystem: a public e-commerce storefront, an administration back-office, a mobile application for delivery staff, and a customer parcel-tracking portal. The entire system sends real-time SMS notifications and runs on AWS infrastructure to guarantee service availability.
Results
Fasoranana is live in production with 99.9% uptime. The system processes more than 5,000 SMS notifications per month and covers the full order lifecycle from placement to final delivery.
